Do you charge extra for cities farther from the Twin Cities core?
No mileage fee inside our 13-city core footprint. For jobs in adjacent suburbs outside the core, we occasionally apply a small travel adjustment that we disclose up front in the fixed quote — never as a surprise on install day.
Do you install chargers in condos and apartments?
Yes, though it depends on the building. We regularly install in condo garages and multifamily buildings when the property manager allows it. The main constraint is typically the building's electrical service capacity and where the association allows a dedicated circuit to terminate. We can assess the building and provide documentation for your property manager or board.
Which cities have the most complex permit processes?
Minneapolis and St. Paul have the most detailed permitting processes because of their older housing stock and inspection volume. Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Woodbury have simpler processes because the housing is newer. In all cases we handle the permit filing, the scheduling and the inspection meeting.
How do I know which city page applies to me?
Use the city you live in. If you live in an unincorporated area or a small suburb not listed, look at the nearest listed city page — the housing stock and electrical realities will usually be similar.
Can you coordinate with my electrician if I already have one?
We do not typically work in tandem with another electrical contractor on the same installation, but we can review an existing installation and provide a second opinion if you are unsure whether work was done to code. Contact us for details.
